Okay, okay. I admit it - I actually like talking about finances. For me, sitting down and reviewing someone's portfolio sounds like the perfect way to spend an evening. If a friend messages me with a question about how to set up an education fund for their child - I'm dropping everything and drafting an excited email about their options. For me it's enjoyable. I can be the numbers nerd so you don't have to.

Born and raised in the golden horseshoe of southern Ontario. I'm currently calling the Niagara Region home along side my beloved wife and son. I knew at a young age that working a traditional job and having to follow someone else's lead just wasn't for me. I've been my own "boss" since I was twenty-five and I haven't looked back. I've been running a successful photography studio for over a decade, but my true passion is for personal finance. Weird, I know.
Formerly I've served as chapter leader of Honeybook / Rising Tide Society's 'Tuesdays Together'. A mastermind community for creative entrepreneurs. Speaker for Mohawk College Business Of Photography program. Founder of 'I Make My Living With A Camera' a finances based annual conference for professional photographers. And McGill Personal Finance Essentials certified.
